Oa August 18 of 2004, the national industrialization bas of project 863 new materials successfully open its construction. Meantime, the company developed into a group company with Ledi Technology Industry as the core, Leidi Jinmao, Leidi Jintun and Leidi Jincheng as backbone members besides uniting many associate and chained enterprises.

In 2004,Deputy General Manager & Designer in aviation projects, General Shen Liping and his comrades (including Chief Designer Qi Faren) from the Shenzhou No.5 Spaceship project made their visit to the company with a high appraise. At the same time. General Shen Liping and others invited President Liu Nanlin and General Manager Yu Weina and so on for a visit to Space flight Town and cooperation with the Shenzhou No.6 Spaceship project.

In 2003, the company's product was used in the Shenzhou No.5 Spaceship project thus acknowledged by PLA Arming Department. In the same year, the company shouldered the industrialization base of Nation 863 Project new materials which was determined as the key construction project by Shenzhen Government. Meanwhile, the company's second generation diamond-film equipment occurred and Nano production lines ran into use.

In 2002, the company was jointly evaluated as the Future Star of China by China by China Academy of Science, Economic Daily and so on. On the other hand, the company won the approval of ISO9001 system, and President Liu Nanlin received a special honor title countrywide.

In 2001,the company received the new star award of private-run technical enterprises, and identified with a Shenzhen hi-tech certificate. In the same year, Guangdong Meiyan Stock, HK Citic Jiahua Bank and Shenzhen Nuclear Industry together joined us, and accordingly we finished the first step of stock-system changes, becoming one hi-tech multi-element enterprise with private-capital domination.

In 2000,Science & Technology Ministry approved the company as one of first batch industrialization bases for Hi-tech R & D achievements. President Liu Nanlin received the Gold Award of 3rd Annual Science & Technology Prize. In the same year, the company prepared Doctorate-after Work Stations for Chinese Academy of Science and Huanan Technology University.
